What are the delivery charges?
Shopinverter.in delivers free of cost at your doorstep for all
orders in selected cities. We bear all the taxes and there is no additional
shipping charge that you have to pay at the time of the delivery, other than
selected cities fixed shipping charges may applicable.
Are there any hidden costs on items on Shopinverter.in?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Shopinverter.in.
List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page
is exactly what you would pay.
Shopinverter.in does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?
Shopinverter.in is offering shipping only in selected cities, At
the checkout stage, the pincode in your shipping address will be used to check
for serviceability. At times, Shopinverter.in prefer not to ship to certain
locations. Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

How do you ship your orders?
We deliver all our orders
through our dealers in your cities. For other locations not covered by our partners,
we use ground shipping to deliver your orders. Please note that battery
orders are not accepted for other locations, where our dealers not available.
How much time does it take for an order to be delivered?
We deliver your order within 24- 48hrs in Cities where our
dealers available. For the rest of the cities, - Ground-shipped orders are
delivered to you between 7-15 business days post-dispatch.
How can I track my order?
As soon as we ship your order, you receive an e-mail
notification with a link to track your order. You can also track order at the
top right corner on our website. Online tracking usually goes live within 24-48
business hours post shipping.
Does Shopinverter.in deliver internationally?
No, Shopinverter.in offer services only with
in India.
Returns & Cancellation
What is the general return policy on Shopinverter.in?
We offer you complete peace of mind while ordering at Shopinverter.in,
we assure you that all products sold on Shopinverter.in are brand new and 100%
genuine. In case, the product you have received is 'Damaged', 'Defective' or
'Not as Described', our Return policy has got you covered. Possible resolution could be Replacement or Refund depending
on the case.
What should I do if I receive a Damaged or Defective Item?
If an item is found defective or damaged, please get in touch
with our customer care on Customer Support or call us on +91-90-9292-2233
within 48 Hrs of receipt of the product.
We will arrange a reverse pickup for the product. Wherever possible we
will facilitate the pick-up of the item through our delivery partners.
How do I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been
shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. Your refund will be
processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the
courier. Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has
been shipped to you.
How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of your order, it will take us
a maximum of 1-2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You
will be notified of the same by email. It may take up to 7-10 business days for
the respective banks to process the refund. Please get in touch with the banks
directly in case of any delays post confirmation of cancellation/refund.
When are returns not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to
support returns
- Return request is made outside the specified time frame
- Product is damaged because of use or Product is not in the
same condition as you received it
- Defective products which are covered under the manufacturer's
warranty
- Any consumable item which has been used or installed
- Products with tampered or missing serial numbers
- Items that are returned without original packaging, freebies or accessories

Shopinverter.in offers you multiple payment methods. Whatever

times. You may use Internet Banking, Cash on Delivery and Bank Cheque to make
your purchase. Shopinverter.in also accepts payments made using Visa,

see on the product page is exactly what you pay and No Delivery charge Applicable
What is Cash on Delivery?
If you are not comfortable making an online payment on Shopinverter.in,
you can opt for the Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment method instead. With CoD you
can pay in cash at the time of actual delivery of the product at your doorstep,
without requiring you to make any advance payment online.
The maximum order value for a Cash on Delivery (CoD) payment is
₹25,000. It is strictly a cash-only payment method. Foreign currency cannot be
used to make a CoD payment. Only Indian Rupees accepted.
How do I pay using a credit/debit card?
We accept payments made by credit/debit cards issued in India.
Credit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and American
Express credit cards. To pay using your credit card at checkout, you will need your
card number, expiry date, three-digit CVV number (found on the backside of your
card). After entering these details, you will be redirected to the bank's page
for entering the online 3D secure password.
Debit cards
We accept payments made using Visa, MasterCard and Maestro debit
cards. To pay using your debit card at checkout, you will need your card
number, expiry date (optional for Maestro cards), three-digit CVV number
(optional for Maestro cards). You will then be redirected to your bank's secure
page for entering your online password (issued by your bank) to complete the
payment.
Is it safe to use my credit/debit card on Shopinverter.in?
Your online transaction on Shopinverter.in is secure with the

Can I use my bank's Internet Banking feature to make a payment?
Yes. Shopinverter.in offers you the convenience of using your
bank's Internet Banking service to make a payment towards your order. With this
you can directly transfer funds from your bank account, while conducting a
highly secure transaction.
I tried placing my order using my debit card/credit card/Net
Banking but the order was not successful. What happens to the money deducted
from the card?
Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if
your account has been debited. If your account has been debited after a payment
failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 7 business days. The time
taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite
this. Please check with your bank for more details.
If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us at
Customer Support. If the money has been credited to our account we would
initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would
however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you. The expected
timelines are as below:
